Youtube #1. 30-on-10-off (basic sprints). Coming soon. Here's the link to my first video on my new channel. I'll be talking about all the workouts I use to get in fight shape prior to an event. The channel will focus specifically on my runs for the first couple months and then I'll start to venture out and address other sorts of workouts, important stretches, and fight psychology.
